At Turnkey Transitions, we're devoted to making seniors' lives easier, happier, and healthier by partnering with the best organizations in the industry. That's why we're a proud member of the National Association of Senior Move Managers (NASMM), a third-party certification responsible for screening companies to ensure their integrity, commitment, and experience with senior needs are top-notch. NASMM members are not only required to obtain insurance, training and access to resources other companies often don't have, they're held to a very strict code of ethics.


Among the most respected real estate professionals in their individual markets, Certified Senior Housing Professionals must complete extensive prerequisite coursework and an in-depth review to achieve their CSHP designation from the Seniors Real Estate Institute (SREI). As such, Turnkey Transitions is far more equipped than a typical real estate team and is committed to serving you as a professional partner throughout the entire consultative process surrounding a late-in-life move. Not only do we care about sharing our knowledge and expertise with our personal clients, we're committed to supporting realtors and seniors across the country by teaching and coaching other SREI students nationwide. 

Leading Technology

A graduate of Oregon State University with a degree in Business Administration, Cyndi honed her marketing skills working for Microsoft and Apple Computer Corporation. Today, she utilizes that marketing ability to make buying or selling a house a successful, stress-free endeavor for clients in communities including Austin, Georgetown, Lakeway, Lake Travis, Dripping Springs, Cedar Park, and Round Rock. Always interested in the latest technology, Cyndi prides herself on being on the cutting-edge of new real estate technology. This love of technology lead her to pursue the National Association of Realtor's "e-Pro" certification and serve on the technology committee for Keller Williams-Lakeway.

Established Senior Specialty

While she works with people of all ages, Cyndi specializes in helping older adults (those 55+), senior citizens and their caregiver families navigate the unique challenges that face boomers and seniors when they contemplate a late-in-life move. The financial, emotional, and logistical issues faced by older adults are unique and demand a specially-trained real estate agent who understands the complexities of such a move.

 To provide the best-possible service, Cyndi has undergone a rigorous course of training and continuing education to achieve the exclusive designation of Certified Senior Housing Professional (CSHP) from The Seniors Real Estate Institute. In fact, as a standout student of the course with demonstrated success in working with senior clients, Cyndi now serves as a Seniors Real Estate Institute master trainer, conducting classes for other real estate agents interested in becoming CSHPs.

Cyndi is the preferred Realtor for Elderlife Financial, a company committed to finding fast and affordable financial solutions for people facing a transition time. Additionally, she holds the designation of Senior Real Estate Specialist® (SRES) from the National Association of Realtors and is an approved trainer for SRES courses in Texas.

Cyndi is also a founding member of the Austin Senior Resource Alliance, a collection of local senior service businesses and groups focused on providing Austin seniors with information on area resources for older adults, and is a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA). Cyndi also recently earned her CSDC (Certified Senior Downsizing Coach) Designation.
