Meet Cyndi Cummings
Cyndi Cummings is a REALTOR®, Broker Associate, and President of The Cummings Home Team and Turnkey Transitions®. She is considered the leading authority on issues related to downsizing, late-life moves, and (55+) senior living solutions.
In 2013, Cyndi decided to concentrate on serving older adults during times of transition. She founded a consortium of service providers called the Austin Senior Resource Alliance to provide a one stop shop for older adults and their families seeking services and advice from trusted specialists. These specialists include estate and probate attorneys, in-home doctors and caregivers, auction and estate sale organizers, movers, handymen, and others. She has also established relationships with area senior living communities to assist their clients with move management services.
Cyndi credits her community involvement as a main impetus toward helping clients. Always busy with charity groups and other civic activities, she has served as Board President of AustinUP, Executive Board Member for Chariot (formally Drive a Senior Central Texas), and Founder and President of the non-profit LT Senior Services. In 2022, Cyndi was honored with the national Service to Seniors Award from the Society of Certified Senior Advisors. Additionally, she was appointed to the Austin Economic Development Corporation Board, a Public Real Estate Developer working for purpose instead of profits. AEDC can speed the pace of the public response to decreasing affordability and equity by moving at the pace of the market to blend the best of public and private deal making.
To best provide hand-crafted service, Cyndi has invested a tremendous amount of time and energy in ensuring that she is educated and positioned to help older adults and their caregiver families. She has undergone a rigorous course of training and continuing education to achieve the exclusive designation of Certified Senior Housing Professional (CSHP) from The Seniors Real Estate Institute, as well as the designations of Certified Senior Advisor and Certified Senior Downsizing Coach. In fact, with demonstrated success in working with senior clients, Cyndi has served as a Seniors Real Estate Institute master trainer, conducting classes for other real estate agents interested in becoming CSHPs. She is a regular speaker for various events and organizations on topics of interest to seniors and their families.

Maureen started her career as a Sales Account Executive in the Beauty industry, where she worked for over 30 years. She enjoyed building relationships with business owners and stylists and partnering with her clients to support their businesses. She believes knowledge is power and worked hard to educate her clients and keep them informed so that they could make educated decisions.
As investors in the Austin market over the last 10 years, Maureen and her husband, Jeff, have navigated the changing real estate market. They enjoy buying residential properties and fixing them up, and have several rentals in the Austin area. Doing much of the work themselves, Maureen loves to see the transformation from before to after. They also run a successful electrical contracting business in Austin and the surrounding areas.
Maureen and Jeff live in Bastrop, just east of Austin. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren. Maureen also enjoys camping, kayaking, hiking, and snorkeling in the ocean.
Maureen is committed to negotiating the best possible outcomes for her clients. With the "heart of a teacher", she educates her clients, helping them make better real estate decisions. Her eye for design lets her help her clients see the possibilities in every property. Today, she utilizes that marketing ability to make buying or selling a house a successful, stress-free endeavor for clients in communities including Austin, Georgetown, Lakeway, Lake Travis, Dripping Springs, Cedar Park, and Round Rock. Always interested in the latest technology, Cyndi prides herself on being on the cutting-edge of new real estate technology.
